Introducing Mershon. . .

Mershon Niesner is president of The Bell Group, a coaching and teleclass organization. Mershon has combined her 15 years as successful marketing entrepreneur with a background in education and social work and a heart for people to develop her coaching practice. Mershon coaches individuals and groups around the world towards greater personal and professional success and joy.

A mother of three grown children, Mershon is active in her church and community. She has always had a heart for volunteering and has been a volunteer for over 40 years. She currently serves on the board of directors for a retirement village and volunteers at a community mental health center.

Mershon has been recognized as an INC nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year, Volunteer of the Year for her community, has received the Friend of Mental Health Award, and a two time nominee for the Sears Leadership Award. She has published articles in many national publications including the Bureau of Business Practices' family of business newsletters and Covey's Executive Excellence.

Mershon is a member of the International Coach Federation and is certified through The Coaches Training Institute. She is also a member of CoachVille.
